FNC is the first Japanese company to export organic sansho peppercorns harvested in Japan. 

Sansho peppercorn garlic cheese bread

Ingredients - Sauce 

  • 30g FNC’s Sansho peppercorn  

  • 15g Grated cheese

  • 50ml olive oil

  • Garlic (1 cloves)

Ingredients - Others

Baguette 

Pizza cheese

Directions: 

  1. Put all ingredients for sauce into a blender(or you can use stick/hand blender instead).

  2. Mix the ingredients until the sansho peppercorns are in small pieces equally.  

  1. Spread the sauce on a sliced baguette.

  2. Sprinkle cheese on the top and bake it.
