Marinated grilled chicken with sake kasu

Ingredients
l 1 piece of chicken thigh (approx. 270g)
Marinade sauce
l 1 tablespoon of miso
l 1 teaspoon of honey
l 1 teaspoon of FNC’s sake kasu
l 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
l 1 cloves of garlic = grated
Directions
Step 1 – Pierce the chicken with a fork for few times. It helps marinades penetrate deeper into the meat.
Step 2 – Put the all ingredients for marinade sauce into a sealable plastic bag and seal the bag. Then, rub the bag to mix the sauce and place the chicken into the bag, seal it and rub it again several times until the whole chicken is marinated.
Step 3 – Place the bag inside the fridge and leave it for at least an hour.
Step 4 – After an hour, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and get rid of extra sauce from the chicken using the kitchen paper towels and place on a baking tray with parchment(baking) paper.
Step 5 – When the oven is heated to 180 degrees Celsius, put the baking tray into the heated oven.
Step 6– Grill the chicken for 20 minutes and place the chicken on a plate.
